Join Us at Rewired Together: Education Summit!
Rewired Together is a two-day, in-person professional learning summit focused on relational intelligence in education.
This summit brings together grades 6-12 and university educators, along with school leaders and community partners, to explore how learning environments are shaped, and how they can be intentionally redesigned to support clarity, stability, and sustainable growth.
This experience is grounded in neuroscience, relational dynamics, and applied leadership practice. It is designed for professionals who want more than surface-level strategies and are ready to understand the underlying conditions that drive learning, behavior, and culture.

What is Relational Intelligence
Most people are taught how to manage tasks. Very few are taught how to understand people, including themselves. Relational Intelligence is the ability to recognize, interpret, and respond to what’s happening beneath the surface—your thoughts, your emotions, and your patterns—and how those dynamics show up in every interaction you have. In this workshop, we break down what Relational Intelligence actually is (not the buzzword version), why it matters in high-pressure environments like education, and how a lack of it leads to miscommunication, burnout, and reactive decision-making. Through guided reflection and real-time application, you’ll begin to see the patterns driving your behavior, and how those patterns impact the people around you.

The Brain Behind Behavior
Most environments don’t break down because of bad intentions—they break down because people don’t understand what’s happening in the brain. This session strips neuroscience down to what actually matters in real-world environments, focusing on how the nervous system drives behavior and why most reactions we see in others (and ourselves) aren’t conscious choices but automatic responses. We’ll explore the difference between safety and compliance, why awareness must come before behavior change, and how adults often escalate situations without realizing it. When you understand what the brain is doing under pressure, conflict, disengagement, and shutdown start to make sense—and more importantly, you begin to see how your own state is shaping the environment around you in real time.
