Learn the art of handmade pasta alongside the chefs of Salish Lodge & Spa.

Classes are available every Friday of June from 6-8 PM.

Have you always wanted to try making fresh pasta but weren’t sure where to begin? Join Salish Lodge’s expert chefs for a hands-on class that makes the art of handmade pasta approachable, interactive, and fun. In this guided experience, you’ll learn how to make classic pasta dough before shaping your own fresh noodles.

After class, your handmade pasta heads to our action station, where it’s boiled to perfection and finished with your choice of house-made sauce and seasonal toppings. Then, settle in and enjoy the full Lodge dining experience, complete with family-style accompaniments and a plated dessert to end the evening.

In this hands-on class, you’ll enjoy:

  • A guided lesson in handmade pasta dough
  • A full pasta dinner
  • Your choice of three house-made sauces
  • Seasonal toppings (fresh vegetables and two protein options)
