Step into a 4-hour immersive experience exploring the Medicine Wheel as a map of human development, healing, and inner guidance.Through shamanic journeying, somatic awareness, and creative expression, you will move through the four directions—each representing a phase of life—while cultivating a relationship with your intuitive guidance, often experienced as a power animal or spiritual ally.This is a space where insight becomes embodied, creativity becomes medicine, and personal healing is held in community. What to Expect:A guided, intentional flow around the Medicine Wheel:🌀 Center — Self-Connection | Presence We begin by coming home to yourself through guided reflection and self-inquiry. This is a moment to slow down, take inventory, and connect with what is present within you. ✨ Gain clarity around where you are, what you’re carrying, and what you’re ready to step into.🌅 East — Awakening | Imagination (Childhood) Through shamanic drumming and guided journeying, you’ll enter the realm of imagination and inner vision—connecting with your power animal or intuitive guide. ✨ Develop a direct relationship with your inner guidance and strengthen trust in your intuitive voice.🔥 South — Relationship | Creation (Young Adulthood) Deepen your connection with your guide and begin translating insight into form by creating a personal power object using provided materials. This becomes a symbolic anchor you can return to. ✨ Learn how to work in relationship with your inner guidance and leave with a tangible tool infused with personal meaning.🌄 West — Embodiment | Inner Awareness (Adulthood) Through somatic body scanning and partnered (dyad) practices, you’ll explore how the body holds emotion, memory, and truth—bringing awareness into lived, physical experience. ✨ Gain practical tools for body awareness, emotional regulation, and deeper self-listening.❄️ North — Integration | Wisdom (Eldership) We close by weaving together all that’s been experienced—integrating your power animal, your power object, and your embodied awareness through reflection and group sharing. ✨ Walk away with a sense of integration, clarity, and confidence in how to carry this work into your daily life. 🌿 You’ll Also Receive<ul><li>A personal journal to capture insights during the workshop and continue your practice at home</li><li>Light refreshments + a short integration break</li><li>A small, supportive group container for meaningful connection</li></ul>Details:📍 Sozo Healing House 51 W.
