The Honey Hills Fest is back this year for our 3rd annual music event!
The Honey Hills Fest returns this year for our 3rd annual music event! This is a MULTI-SHOW festival spanning two weekends in May, the 15th and 16th and the 22nd through the 24th. The event aims to celebrate and showcase the talents of local and regional women and fem presenting musicians and artists. Our festival is dedicated to promoting gender equality in the music industry and providing a platform for women to share their unique voices and perspectives. The festival will be held and hosted by 5 different venues around Nevada County over the course of five days! The babes are back in town and it is going to rock!
This year's shows will take place at these locations:
May 15th-Sans Back Up Plan Records, Nevada City: All Ages! 7-10pm
May 16th-Stardust Station, Nevada City: All Ages! 7-10pm
May 22nd- The Mine Shaft Saloon, Nevada CIty: 21+ 6-11pm
May 23rd- Bright Futures for Youth(NEO), Grass Valley: All Ages! 6-10pm
May 24th-The Fern, Nevada City:21+ Doors @8pm Music 9-12am

Ora Cogan celebrated her Sacred Bones debut, Hard Hearted Woman, March 13th at The Pearl in Vancouver, BC. The Lead single “Honey,” had been hailed for its “sweet Lauren Canyon haze” by Don’t Rock The Inbox and as a “cool, misty folk rock tune” by The Needle Drop. On “Division,” Cogan’s voice echoes across a stark, reverberant landscape. Angelica Rockne is a California singer/songwriter whose '70s-inspired country-rock features elements of psych and honky tonk.
