STANDARD ticket holders - THUR/FRI 7:20 PM Arrival, SAT 8:20 PM Arrival

What happens if I arrive late?

Accepted Answer

General entry is not permitted once the show starts. Late arrivals may be admitted
at management’s discretion. Food service is timed, and the show must go on!
Late arrivals will forfeit the dining portion of the experience.

Question 3

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Alternative options are available. Please contact
reservations@paradiseclub.life prior to confirming your ticket purchase so our
team may plan accordingly.

Question 4

Is the show suitable for guests with light sensitivity?

Accepted Answer

The production features strobe lighting and intense visual effects, and may not be
suitable for light-sensitive guests. If you have concerns, please contact our team
prior to purchase so we can advise on an individual basis.

Question 5

What if I purchase a ticket but am joining a larger party?

Accepted Answer

The best way to ensure group seating with larger parties is to purchase tickets in one single order or to purchase the Stronghold ticket option to reserve a VIP booth. We will do our best to accommodate, please email Reservations@paradiseclub.life for any group seating requests.
