What’s included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes entry to the event and access to all experiences listed in the event description. Any Dynasty perks (reserved seating, gifts, priority entry, etc.) will be clearly labeled under the VIP ticket type.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for no-shows, schedule conflicts, or last-minute changes. If the event is postponed or canceled by the organizer, we’ll share the next steps via Eventbrite email.

Question 3

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes—tickets are transferable unless stated otherwise. Please update the attendee information in Eventbrite prior to arrival so check-in is smooth.

What time should I arrive?

Doors typically open 15–30 minutes before the start time. We recommend arriving early for parking, check-in, and seating. Late arrivals may miss portions of the experience.

What’s the dress code?

Dress code will be listed in the event details. When in doubt, we recommend elevated / cocktail / all-classy luxury attire to match the vibe and photo moments.

Is parking available?

Parking details (free, paid, valet, or street parking) will be listed in the event description. If parking is limited, we recommend rideshare to avoid delays. Valet parking is for Elite memberships only.

Is this event 18+ or 21+?

Age requirements will be listed on the event page. If the event is 21+, a valid ID is required for entry (and for any alcohol service).

Can I bring a guest or children?

Only registered ticket holders are admitted unless the listing specifically states children or additional guests are allowed. Every attendee must have a ticket if capacity is limited. Additional guest are for Elite membership only.

Will food and drinks be served?

Yes—food will be served at this event. After ticket purchase, we will send an email to attendees to collect dietary restrictions and menu choices (when applicable). Please make sure the email address on your Eventbrite order is correct and check your inbox/spam folder for our message.
