Composting is not just for farmers! In fact, reducing food waste is critical in the effort to reduce your carbon footprint as well as increase the health of the soil, food and ecosystem growing around you! Learn to compost in your apartment, small lot, or large space. This class will teach you how to compost in the winter and in the summer, on any sized lot. Let's make dirt!

Lucy is a passionate composter with a lifetime of experience personally, and 5 years of experience professionally as an ecological landscaper with Reimagined Roots. She'll share all her tips and tricks for composting so you can successfully build soil, reduce food waste and not have a stinky pile of food while you're doing it.
