What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We will refund registration fees, minus the cost of the processing fees, for cancellations made by April 23, 2025. Refund requests made after April 23 will not be processed.

Question 2

I can no longer attend, but it is past the refund deadline, what can I do?

Accepted Answer

If you cannot attend and it is past the refund deadline (April 23, 2025), you can send someone else in your place. Please contact the CP State office at 518-436-0178 to update your registration details.

Who should I contact to inquire about sponsorship opportunities?

Question 4

Can I use the Affiliate discount code?

Accepted Answer

You may use the code only if you are currently employed by a CP State Affiliate agency. Please use your professional work email when registering to help streamline the verification process. Check if you are employed by an Affiliate agency by viewing this list: https://tr.ee/CPAFFMAP

Question 5

What happens if I use the Affiliate code but am not an employee of an Affiliate agency?

Accepted Answer

This rate is for current employees of CP State Affiliate agencies. Eligibility is audited; if status cannot be verified, you will be billed the $50 difference. This must be paid online prior to the event or at the check-in desk to ensure entry. Unpaid registrations may be cancelled.
