What do I bring to the class?

What you would normally take with you when leaving the house with baby (essentials, water bottle etc), plus a towel or blanket for baby to lay on. You may also want to bring your own massage oil or cream.

Can I bring a sibling to the class?

It is recommended that you bring only your baby as it is intended to be a special one-on-one time. If you have no other arrangements, you are welcome to bring them with you. It is important that they do not disrupt the class so please bring along what you need to keep them occupied.

Can I bring my partner/support person?

Absolutely! Whilst only one of you will be massaging baby, the other may observe the class so that they may have a go at another time.

What should my baby wear?

Your baby should wear clothing that allows you to undress them easily during the class

Can we come to a class if my baby has been recently vaccinated?

Accepted Answer

After vaccinations, babies may feel sore or develop a slight fever. We suggest skipping massage for a day or two, but you’re still very welcome to join the class and simply enjoy the time together.

What happens if my baby cries or falls asleep?

At Baby Club, your baby leads the way. Feed, cuddle, or change them whenever needed — our classes are calm, flexible, and designed to support you both while learning gentle, nurturing massage techniques.

What oil is used?

Accepted Answer

100% Pure Organic Sesame Oil. Unscented, cold-pressed. Gentle and safe for baby's skin. You will be provided with a complimentary bottle at your first class.

Question 9

What if my baby is unwell or we miss a session?

Infant massage is taught in manageable sections and introduced gradually across the four classes. While we don’t offer make-up sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to revisit any strokes you missed in the following week’s class.

Question 10

Can I bring my own oil?

You’re welcome to bring your own massage oil. We recommend a high-quality, unscented, cold-pressed  oil. If your baby has a skin condition requiring a specialised cream, please feel free to bring that along as well.
