Nope. This session is built for people who are starting at zero—or starting over.

Will there be a pitch?

At the end, I’ll briefly invite you to book a discovery call or check out coaching options. No pressure—this session is valuable on its own.

The Zoom room will lock 5 minutes after the scheduled start time to keep the session focused. Please join a few minutes early.
