We are very excited to announce The 1914 Dinner Club at The Manor House! We plan to host these pop up dinner parties where you will be able to eat, drink and adventure with friends both new and old through a culinary experience that will have you hungry for the next! Each dinner will have its own unique theme with different pairings of libations and delicious food offerings from our very own Executive Chef, Rhett Montague.

Our First Dinner will be held on Thursday, October 25th. You can purchase tickets to the Dinner at the link below. Reservations will be limited to 100 people and are available on a first come basis. All tickets include dinner, liquor pairings and gratuity.

What to Expect from our First Dinner -
* We will begin with time to meet and mingle while enjoying appetizers and sipping on sparkling rose.
* There will be a brief presentation regarding the history of the Mansion and Chef Rhett will share his thoughts regarding the food and wine pairings.
* The dinner includes 3 courses complete with passed appetizers and a combination of several different wines.
* Dining is communal seating so be ready to meet some interesting people! Dress is business casual.

This event begins at 6:30pm with dinner seating at 7:15. Bar will be open until 10:00pm if you would like to hangout for a nightcap.

Salad:
Arugula/acorn squash/spiced pecans/pomegranate seeds/cucumber dressed with a ginger vinaigrette.
Entrée:
Filet Oscar/horseradish mashed potatoes
Dessert:
Puff pastry wrapped/praline stuffed/baked Colorado apple topped with Boulder Organic cinnamon ice-cream.
