FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? 21+ and ID is required

Can kids attend? Brooklyn Derby is promoted as an adult-only party. You will see a few kids at the event that are connected to the hosts and staff. If your child is mobile we'd appreciate they not attend. If your child can be held in arms or a carrier for the duration of the event we are ok with their attendance.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes

Will tickets be sold at the door? No

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, please do not print ticket, just confirmation email with QR Code and ID

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? No. Name on ticket must match attendee's. IDs will be used to verify. If you purchase tickets for friends or family, please be sure to include their names on the order.

Can I buy tickets from anyone else besides Brooklyn Derby? No. If you did not buy your ticket from Brooklyn Derby's Eventbrite page your ticket is counterfeit! Tickets are transferable, just contact us and we'll switch your name for theirs.

What is the refund policy? Refunds will be available until 4:00pm, May 5, 2022. (48 hours prior to event start)

Do you provide group discounts? We do not.
