Plenary Day 1 highlights include a Hot Topics Panel, avoiding and managing client conflicts, and public charge issues impacting all practice areas. Day 2 covers Business Immigration with topics including employer compliance of remote workforce in a Covid-19 era, EB-1 and NIW permanent residence options, and a deep-dive panel discussion of Business Immigration Hot Topics in the Biden Administration.
