The walk will be begin at Community Maritime Park right behind the Wahoo’s Stadium Saturday October 26, 2019. Registration is free and begins at 7am but you can pre-register online at www.makingstrideswalk.org/Pensacolafl or by calling us 24/7 at 1-800-227-2345

There will be food, entertainment, and fun for the entire family! There is an opening ceremony beginning at 8:30am hosted by Cat Country and Sue Straughn followed by a quick warm-up by ‘Sonshine’. Promptly at 9am the walk will begin and conclude around 11am.

Why do we walk? We walk to promote awareness, remember those we have lost and to celebrate our Survivors. Early detection saves lives and we want to ensure that women are aware of how to do self-examines, know the ways to lower your risks and are getting their annual mammograms. Our office in Pensacola offers help, support, materials, rides to treatment and free hotel stays for those currently going thru treatment.
