<p><br></p><h3>Training Overview</h3><p>BLOCS has created a new School Community portal within our Salesforce database. This is the backbone of our EITC donor relationship management system and process. We will guide you through the entire process of using the School Community. After completing this course, you will be able to:</p><ul><li>Log into the School Community portal.</li><li>Enter leads, track your donors, view their progression through the donation process, and see BLOCS touch points with your donors.</li><li>Utilize the School Community for ease of communication with BLOCS staff members.</li><li>Enjoy increased visibility into the donation process.</li></ul>

<p><br></p><h3>EITC Training and Updates</h3><p>The continued strength and growth of the tax credit program depends on our shared success in bringing more people to the program. To support our collective success, our training sessions do the following:</p><ul><li>Provide the most up to date information on the tax credit program, including the federal tax credit and the Economically Disadvantaged School (EDS) program.</li><li>Provide detailed best practices that will help you identify donors and help them to participate in the tax credit program.</li><li>Provide best practices with regard to donor stewardship practices.</li><li>Explore live examples of how you can build your own EITC story that you can share with your audiences.</li><li>Guide you through the process of qualifying your school for the EDS program.</li><li>Vividly describe the BLOCS corporate donor program and explore how we can partner with you to leverage strong relationships with industry leaders.</li></ul>

You are at the heart of what we do each day, and we are creating additional opportunities for you to be even more successful. You will learn about the resources and donor cultivation events available to you through our partnership:</p><ul><li>We will share with you the special events we offer throughout the year. These are cultivations events for you to utilize in building your tax credit program!</li><li>Social media collaboration allows us to amplify your messages and your amazing work.</li><li>Print and video content are available and can be customized for your school and for your purposes.</li><li>Additional leadership opportunities with the BLOCS President’s Advisory Council.</li></ul>

<p><br></p><h3>Time to Connect and Recharge</h3><p>Along with the incredible skills you will gain, and information shared during this day of training, you will have the opportunity to meet with BLOCS Development Managers and staff, network with other school leaders, and build community.</p>
