Step strong with this 17 mile out and back crusher.
You are invited to the trail for some physical exertion. We'll go big and take on a 17 mile hike with plenty of elevations exchange to keep reminding you, you're alive. Set a new personal record. Move Mountains//
Along the hike we’ll discuss the craft of movement through the wilderness; exploring how to read a compass, follow a map and trail, and interpret the the forest’s natural and human history.
Lunch and Snacks will be provided(*Sandwich, Chips, Dessert, Water)
*Vegetarian and Gluten Free options available.

What to Bring:

Epi Pen* (if you have been prescribed)
Where To Meet:
The shuttle will be leaving from The Carter center. centrally located in downtown Atlanta at
441 Freedom Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia.
The shuttle will leave promptly at 7:35 am and return at approximately 6:30 pm
Directions To Meeting Location By Car:
From the North or South, take Interstate 75/85 to exit 248C, Freedom Parkway. Follow the signs to The Carter Center.
From the East or West, take Interstate 20 to the Moreland Avenue North exit, following Moreland Avenue north approximately two miles to Freedom Parkway. Turn left on Freedom Parkway, and follow the signs to The Carter Center.
By Marta: Atlanta has a mass transit system that serves the Library. Take a MARTA train to the Five Points station. At Five Points, take a #16 Noble bus to the Library & Museum.
