Dine & Discovery: Pot Pies with Chef Eric King
Join us in the Maker Kitchen for cooking workshops featuring ANC Makers and local chefs!
Nothing says autumn like comfort food, and Chef Eric King is here to provide! Join us to make pot pies, the classic comfort in a crust! Chef Eric is the owner of Poppa's Cookbook, operating in ANC’s Accelerator Kitchen, and offers a variety of homemade comfort meals and catering. They're also honored to employ and provide opportunities for special needs adults who have aged out of traditional school programs through their nonprofit initiative, ABLE Allies.
Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back.
Parking is available in the lot on the East side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
If you have any questions about the class or would like to inquire about dietary accommodations, contact Abie Kopacz at events@allenneighborhoodcenter.org or 517-999-3921 before the start of class.
