Z – It really made me think about the differences between patience and impatience and how this impacts on my relationships.

J – This course provided Self-discipline/ mental /training/ self-introspection leading to self-improvement

G – Emotions/tools – practical way of dealing with/stepping back/ clarifying emotions/feelings effectively.

M – Mindfulness is not mysterious, you can start somewhere easily with 2 minutes of mindfulness and yet feel the impact.

D – Its been very useful in providing concrete tools for reflection/ step back and working through challenges.

M – Great to Meet with like-minded individuals. This is a Safe environment to explore deep issues. Its not mumbo jumbo, it’s real stuff, articulate. Its what many are trying to find in their lives.

P – I like the scientific stuff. Having some evidence based teachings for mindfulness.

H – This was a very professional, educational, open, not didactic course and the communication has been super throughout.

S – Emergent, experiential and practical aspects of the course were really valuable.

R – Sense of empowerment. I can change my habitual ways of feeling/ having empowerment to use those tools successfully. Changed my understanding from theoretical to practical.

H – you can read books and do meditation but it is difficult to bring my dharma studies into practice when experiencing situations, whereas this is so much more accessible and seems simple.
