Join us for a relaxed and restorative morning of tree planting with the National Trust as part of this year’s 16 Days of Action campaign.

This gentle outdoor session focuses on self-care, grounding, and emotional regulation; reminding us how connecting with nature can nurture both our wellbeing and the world around us.

We’ll meet at Torrs Car Park, Ilfracombe. There’s no pressure or expectation—take part as much or as little as you’d like. Whether you plant a few trees, enjoy the scenery, or simply take a moment to breathe in the fresh air, your presence makes a difference.

What to bring:
🌿 A packed lunch and plenty of water
🥾 Sturdy shoes or boots suitable for muddy ground
🧥 Warm, weather-appropriate clothing
