Since 2004, the Water Conservation Showcase has convened hundreds of advocates, researchers, business leaders, product manufacturers and government officials to address the most pressing water issues and challenges facing the state of California.

Exhibit Booth Packages:

Premium Passport Booth Package - $800

  • Only available to 12 Exhibitors
  • Premium Passport Exhibitors are placed in the highest visibility locations
  • Attendees are encouraged to visit Premium Passport booths through an excluse raffle drawing

Standard Booth Package - $485 (Earlybird) // $600 (Regular)

  • Earlybird deadline is Friday, February 9, 2018

Non-Profit/Government Standard Booth Package - $250

FAQs

What is the refund policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Any cancellations made on or before Thursday, February 22nd will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellations made after February 22nd will forfeit their booth area and will not receive a refund.

Is it ok if the name on my registration doesn't match the names of the staff who attend?

Please be sure that the two staff representative names you submit during the registration process match the names of the staff who will attend and staff your booth onsite. The names you submit in this form are the ones we will use to print name badges. If you need to update or change your staff representatives, you may do so until March 11 by logging back into Eventbrite and updating your registration information.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. Please create an Eventbrite password as you complete your registration and save it, so that you may re-access your registration and make updates as needed. All changes must be made by March 11.
