Event Details

Sojourner House is thrilled to be hosting its 15th Annual Victorian Tea on Sunday, April 7, 2019, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Omni William Penn Hotel.  Social hour is from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

The Victorian Tea is an important awareness event and fundraiser that brings together hundreds of individuals; many mothers and daughters, fathers and sons; along with corporate, community, and church-based friends.  Attendees will enjoy a traditional tea, silent auction and raffle, while learning about the award-winning work of Sojourner House and Sojourner House MOMS.  This year's Honorary Co-Chairs are Harris and Janet Ferris.  East Liberty Development, Inc. Executive Director and Sojourner House MOMS Board President, Maelene Myers, will be this year's Pearl of Hope Awardee.  Please help us celebrate the successes of our families, and support us as we continue our fight to keep families together so they can become healthy, productive citizens of our community.

If you are not able to make the Victorian Tea event, but would still like to support the effort, please follow this link: https://www.sojournerhousepa.org/victorian-tea-donation/

Thank you for your generous support of Sojourner House!

Sojourner House

Sojourner House and Sojourner House MOMS (Mentoring, Opportunity, Motivation, Spirituality) provide compassionate, faith-based residential recovery services to mothers and children in the Pittsburgh area.  We help addicted mothers learn to break the intergenerational cycle of poverty and chemical abuse while rebuilding damaged relationships with their children.  Sojourner House believes women can shatter the chains of addiction and hopelessness when surrounded by what means most to them: their children.
