15th Annual Spring Wine Extravaganza
The Winery at Holy Cross Abbey will be hosting its 15th annual Spring Wine Extravaganza on Saturday, April 30th from 1:00-4:00 pm.
After a 2 year hiatus, The Winery at Holy Cross Abbey will be hosting its 15th annual Spring Wine Extravaganza on Saturday, April 30th from 1:00-4:00 pm on the winery grounds at 3011 East US Highway 50 in Cañon City. The celebration will showcase a variety of wines produced, and hand-selected for the event, by winemaker, Jeff Stultz:
- 2021 Viognier
- 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon
- 2018 Merlot
- Riesling
- Vineyard Sunset
Hors D’oeuvres chosen to enhance the wine tasting experience will be provided by The Abbey Event Complex. The winery will be offering to ticket-holders special one-time pricing on all of the above wines, as well as additional discounts on all wine and merchandise purchased in the tasting room that day.
All of this can be enjoyed while listening to the Gypsy Jazz stylings of The Eel's Nephew, local musicians that have entertained winery guests at several events as well as on Saturdays throughout the summer.
