We support families affected by Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, Hydrocephalus and other related Neurological conditions. We are located in the Tampa Bay Area in West Central Florida. HUGS of Florida, Inc. was formed for charitable and educational purposes to connect, support, educate and advocate with individuals and families affected by these conditions.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes, look for your email confirmation from Eventbrite and follow the instructions

Can I donate to a specific team?
Yes, just be sure to 'join a team' first for the team to get credit for the donation

Can I volunteer for the event?
Yes, we love to have volunteers. Simply, 'join a team' and then select special guest/volunteer

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No, everyone is invited and encouraged to attend. If you pay the registration fee, you will receive an event t-shirt.

What are my parking options for getting to and from the event?
You can park for FREE in any of the surrounding city parking lots.

What can I bring into the event?
It is recommended to bring a pop-up tent, chairs, a cooler with drinks, and anything else you would want for a picnic in the park (sunscreen, bug spray, etc.)

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not. As long as you received a confirmation email, you should be all set.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes you can, just look for your registration confirmation from eventbrite and follow their instructions.

We are a group of families originally brought together by hydrocephalus. we have expanded to include and support other related neurological conditions such as Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. We are located in the Tampa Bay area in West Central Florida. Hugs of Florida, Inc. was formed for charitable and educational purposes to Connect, Support, Educate and Advocate with individuals and families affected by these conditions.

We are a volunteer based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
