1st Course: Roasted Duck Crostini
French baguette topped with herb-roasted duck breast, strawberry onion jam, and fresh mint

2nd Course: Shrimp Salad
Arugula, marinated shrimp, heirloom cherry tomatoes, blood orange segments, and barley, with white balsamic reduction
