COVID-19 Vaccine Event-Curry Medical Center-Brookings-4/23/2021

We are currently scheduling vaccines appointments for all those age 18 and older.

Curry Health Network continues to work with Oregon Health Authority and Curry County Public Health to acquire needed Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine doses, allowing us to continue vaccinating the members of the public.

Information for your appointment:

At the time of appointment, please present to the Registration desk at your selected location with your order number or printed ticket, as well as your ID. Vaccines are 100% free to you, although we may bill your insurance company, if insured.

Before being vaccinated, we will verify the following:

1. You must be available for revaccination 28 days post initial vaccination.

2. Date of Birth

If you fall into one of the following categories, you will need to get an order from your provider prior to receiving the vaccine:

1. Pregnant or plans to become pregnant

2. Breastfeeding

3. History of severe allergic reaction to any substance

If you have any of the following, you will not be eligible to receive the vaccine at this time:

1. You received another vaccine within 2 weeks of this injection.

2. You have a Fever.

3. You are Feeling Ill

4. You are under 18 years of age

All who receive the vaccine will be monitored for at least 15 minutes following the injection.
