14th Annual Meeting - National Forum for Heart Disease & Stroke Prevention
Now in its 14th year, the National Forum’s Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., brings together leaders in cardiovascular health from the public and private sectors to share strategies for preventing heart disease and stroke. This one-day event showcases how organizations that focus on cardiovascular health can collaborate for success and features the results of campaigns and pilot programs from around the country. The theme for this year's meeting is Bridging Population and Clinical Health. Speakers and participants will focus on developing and strengthening a culture of health and will discuss and share examples of programs and systems that have built and traveled across bridges from clinical and community sectors.
