14th Annual AILA New England Chapter Conference
With government, national, and local expert panelists, this one-day advanced conference offers answers and practice strategies for winning challenging cases. Come and learn the latest news and practice. Morning plenary sessions include a coverage related to the new presidency and our perennial favorite inter-agency panel with representatives from USCIS, ICE, and CBP. We will also have a full panel devoted to NVC-Consulate issues. The afternoon sessions include a business track and a removal track. In the business track, panelists will discuss legal issues that intersect with immigration law, business immigration options during the new presidency, and PERM issues. In the removal track, panel topics include asylum, crimmigration, and advocacy in the courts. There will be an ethics discussion in the morning and topical discussion round tables during the lunch break, as well as an Ask an Expert lunch breakout where you can get your practice questions answered. Network, get CLE credits, and learn strategies that you can apply in your practice. Don’t miss this excellent opportunity to meet the adjudicators and decision makers in person!
