  • Akhanda Yoga with Yogrishi Vishvketu, PhD: Join Yogi Vishvketu, Himalayan Yoga Master and cofounder of Akhanda Yoga, for an invigorating, celebratory, all-levels session. Akhanda Yoga is a holistic practice that incorporates all aspects of yoga (movement, breathing, sounding, meditation, and yogic wisdom) into one seamless experience. You’ll leave revitalized and refreshed.

  • Somatic Flow with Yoga For All Movement Founder and Director, Shandara Gill: Somatic flow will support you in releasing the physical effects of trauma that are lodged in the body. This class will allow you to dive deeper into the foundation of who you are.

  • Swimming Dragon Yoga with Nick Loffree: A fluid vinyasa yoga practice that integrates with qigong, tai chi, and martial arts in this fun, challenging, and deeply energetic experience.

  • Interactive Rhythm Session with Jim Greiner: Join our community drumming jam session facilitated by internationally acclaimed percussionist, Jim Greiner. Jim makes it fun and easy to play drums (and other rhythm instruments) to relax, reinforce positive affirmations, and celebrate our blessings. No experience needed! Instruments are provided.

  • Sunset Nature Walk with Gary Marcoccia: Curious minds will enjoy this relaxed, guided sunset walk with local professor and expedition leader, Gary Marcoccia. Gary will highlight how various wisdom cultures connect to the natural world and elaborate on the ecology of the redwoods. Enjoy the longest day of the year as you watch the sun set from the ridge overlooking campus.

  • Inner Rhythm Dance DJ Set with Hamid Martin: Inner Rhythm is a free-form dance and movement meditation that invites embodied presence, connection with self and other, and creative expression. Each of us has a pure rhythm in the foundation of breath and heartbeat. Hamid will be live-crafting a DJ set, including cultural inspirations from around the world, creating a musical soundscape to support a journey of embodiment.

  • Restorative Yoga with Yoga For All Movement Founder and Director, Shandara Gill: Traditionally taught from the ananda practice, this version of restorative yoga will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed after a long day. Experience a deeper interpersonal connection between your mental, emotional, and physical self.

  • Sound Immersion Journey led by Danny Goldberg with Kim Molloy & Lewis Regen: These soothing sounds will help to balance and restore energy in your body. Lay down and relax to experience the sounds of gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, didgeridoos, native flutes, and bells and chimes as they surround us in a fully immersive sound experience and guide us into a deep meditation.

"In 2016, we changed from a yoga collective to a non-profit we started a movement to make yoga an accessible practice that not only feels good for incarcerated individuals, but also as a tool to reduce the impact of institutionalization. Since then, we have expanded our outreach and vision, teaching yoga to individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, survivors of domestic violence and youth, to name a few. Accessible yoga is trauma-informed, physically safe, culturally responsive and affordable.

The intention of Yoga For All Movement is to create an outcome that dismantles the 'us versus them' dichotomy in our community through the shared practice of yoga. The intended impact for humanity is equity and justice for all."
