About this Event
This year marks Stillman College’s 143rd year since its founding in 1876. 2019 is a record year for Bicentennials. This year marks the 200th Birthday of our Founder, Rev. Dr. Charles Stillman, and the initiation of events for First Presbyterian Tuscaloosa’s 200th Anniversary. In honor of Rev. Stillman’s embodiment of courage and commitment to social justice, the 143rd Founders Convocation will confer the inaugural Stillman Medal of Courage and Justice. Please join us for the following Founders events:
Thursday, November 7 –
Founder’s Day Convocation – 10:30am – Birthright Auditorium Speaker: Rev. Dr. Alton Pollard, President Louisville Presbyterian Seminary
200th Birthday Celebration & Michael A. Figures Scholarship Reception – $200 donation. 12:30pm – Stillman College Presidential Suite, Harte Center 2nd Floor

3rd Annual Women Veterans Prayer Breakfast – 8:00am – Wynn Center - Speaker: Ms. Jolisa Webb Dudley, Director VA Experience
