It`s time of the year again and we are excited to have our 13th Annual Friendship Dinner and Awards Ceremony on March 30, 2017, at Embassy Suites. Our organization committee organized a fabulous night that will bring people from different faiths and cultures together and look for solutions to problems affecting our state and world.
The Dialog Institute of Southwest has been organizing the "Friendship Dinner and Award Ceremony” since 2004 to promote dialogue, respect, and peace in our society.
This year's dinner will take place at the Embassy Suites Oklahoma City on March 30th, 2017.
The keynote speaker: Rev. Dirk Ficca, Interfaith Activist, Executive Director of the Council for a Parliament of the World’s Religions and his speech will be about “Antidotes to Extremism – The Art of Living Together”
Awardees of the year:
Humanitarian Award: Enes Kanter, Oklahoma City Thunder Player
Lifetime Achievement Award: President Robert Henry, Oklahoma City University
Global Vision Award: Mary Blankenship Pointer, Senior Vice President of Republic Bank
