What is DMAC?
The Diversity MBA Admissions Conference (DMAC) is an annual event that connects talented diverse, underrepresented and underserved candidates who wish to pursue a degree in business with Admissions Directors at top-tier business schools.
The conference allows attendees to interact directly with MBA Admissions Directors from the country’s top business schools, learn about the MBA Admissions process and the relative strengths of the attending business school’s curriculum and student culture. Started in 2000, the Riordan Programs Alumni Association (RPAA) provides graduates of the Riordan Programs an extension of their professional, educational and personal leadership development through collaborative efforts to develop tomorrow's leaders and serve the community. The RPAA achieves these goals through its two flagship initiatives: The Saturday Business Academy (SBA), a program designed to prepare traditionally disadvantaged and underserved high school students with the skills and academic guidance necessary to become future business leaders. And, through the annual Diversity MBA Admissions Conference (DMAC), held every summer where the nation’s top business schools seek to recruit talented candidates from underrepresented backgrounds.
