13TH ANNUAL CALIFORNIA ARTISAN CHEESE FESTIVAL

Get your ticket for a weekend of cheese bliss! Join us for the 13th Annual California Artisan Cheese Festival on March 23-24, 2019. This weekend of all things cheese is filled with cheese tastings and pairings; artisan and farm tours; chef demos; educational sessions with industry experts; and a monger and chef competition. Meet the cheesemakers, authors and celebrity chefs. Sample and buy artisan products; taste beer, wine, cider and spirits… plus so much more.

Saturday, March 23rd

8:30am to 3:30pm Farm & Producer Tours at various locations – nine different tours to choose from, each with a different itinerary and all include lunch.

9:30am to 11:00am Seminars and Pairing Demonstrations – Morning Session Includes: Red or White? Best Wines for the Cheeses You Love with Janet Fletcher and California Cheese: Old School to New School with Juliana Uruburu

1:30pm to 3:00pm Seminars and Pairing Demonstrations - Afternoon Session Includes: Cheese, Beer and Cider with Rachel Perez, A Taste of Cheese Science with the Cheese Twins with Charlie and Michael Kalish, and Cheese & Cocktails: The Basics of Bitters, Booze and Cheese! With Vanessa Chang and Lassa Skinner

6:00pm to 9:00pm Cheese, Bites & Booze! – Get your boarding pass for this epic walk-around tasting at the Jackson Family Wines Hangar at Sonoma Jet Center where Cheesemakers, Chefs, and Cheesemongers compete for the best cheesy bite paired with beer, wine, cider and spirits – and YOU definitely come out the winner! 21+ only

Sunday, March 24th*

9:30am to 11:00am Bubbles & Brunch – Multi-course cheese centric brunch and cooking demo with Guest Chefs Daniel Kedan and Marianna Gardenhire (includes Early Entry to Marketplace!)

12:00pm to 4:00pm Artisan Cheese Tasting & Marketplace – Over 100 vendors showcasing their products - try and buy new and familiar cheeses and artisan products that complement. Sampling wine, beer, cider and spirits + live entertainment.
