23 Global Innovators from 7 states and 7 countries to compete at GAMIC Semifinals at Lawrence Techological University, Architectural Engineering Building, Southfield, Michigan on February 27, 2020

Please join us for the Global Semifinals of the 12th Annual Global Automotive & Mobility Innovation Challenge (GAMIC), presented by SAE International and MI Innovation Alliance.

Meet the semifinalists and Event Details

GAMIC provides earlystage startups with an opportunity for competitionprep coaching; and for the four (4) Award Winners, over $300,000 in total in-kind acceleration services (including targeted exposure to decisionmakers) and cash awards.

The Semifinals also provides an opportunity to meet, mingle and learn about trends, technologies and investment perspectives for high-value auto / mobility innovations. OEMs, suppliers, investors, thought-leaders and entrepreneurs will participate in, network and talk about future needs and opportunities for the ever evolving automotive and mobility industries.

Program includes: Lunch, 10-minute Innovator Presentations on new / emerging technologies with Judges Q&A, Panel Discussions & Multiple Networking Opportunities including evening reception.

The Global Automotive and Mobility Innovation Challenge (GAMIC) – a collaboration by SAE International and the MI Innovation Alliance – is designed to:

  • Identify innovative companies in the automotive and mobility spaces
  • Invite startups for regional and international Quarter-finals to compete
  • Provide expert mentoring to founders and innovators at the Semi-finals and Global Finals
  • Cultivate new technologies and solutions
  • Facilitate their more-rapid and seamless path to commercialization

Following the Semifinals at Lawrence Technological University, Southfield the GAMIC Finals will be held during the SAE World Congress in Detroit on April 21, 2020.
