12th Street Catering and the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University are proud to announce an exciting collaborative dining and fun filled event with Aliza Green, pioneer of the farm-to-table movement.
The event includes an exotic international themed cocktail hour and three course dinner menu featuring selections from several of Aliza’s repertoire of cookbook publications. The event will also offer hors d’oeuvres using import products by Coccia Truffles, handcrafted cocktails by Eight Oaks Craft Distillers and a display of rare spices from the Academy’s botany collection!
During dinner, Aliza will be on hand to meet and engage guests in a Q&A on food, travel and cooking. She’ll also be signing her cookbooks, including “The Magic of Spice Blends,” which will be on sale.
