A Live Candle-lighting with South Bay & Long Beach Cantors

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17TH, 8:00PM PST

The On-Demand concert will premiere a sneak preview of tunes on Mostly Kosher’s new album, including the song “Let’s Think About a Holiday”, a single born from collaboration with Urban Voices Project, a choir of individuals surviving homelessness from Skid Row. Music will range from traditional Judaic folk songs to holiday chestnuts, as well as original rock songs oscillating between themes of social justice and unabashed celebration.

The Candle Lighting event, hosted by Mostly Kosher, features the cantors of local Jewish communities to immerse audiences in the story and songs of Hanukkah. This event invites families to learn about the traditions of the holiday of lights and join in lighting the seventh candle of Hanukkah as a united community.
