Overview
A 50 minute mat pilates class for all levels.
Join us for Pilates Class where students will build core strength and flexibility of movement that will not only enhance your performance in other forms of exercise but will help with posture, balance and skeletal alignment.
You will learn foundations and basic principals that will help you move along at your own pace and get you comfortable with the practice of Pilates. Once you understand and can perform these basic moves, your core will be stronger and you will move onto more difficult exercises with confidence and ease.
