The Southwest Ledger staff will choose and honor 52 nominees living in one of these 11 counties: Comanche, Stephens, Kiowa, Jackson, Tillman, Cotton, Grady, Harmon, Greer, Caddo or Jefferson. A nominee must be between 21 and 45 years of age and employed by a local company or volunteer within local organizations. December 10th the nominees will be honored with a special dinner.
