The Cedar Rapids Fire Bowl is a charity recreational volleyball tournament. All proceeds from this event benefit Iowa children in need.
About this event
The CRFD Fire Bowl debuted in 2010 as a charity 7-on-7 flag football tournament and has since shifted to a 6-on-6 sand volleyball tournament.
Since its inception, the Fire Bowl has raised and donated more than $190,000. Our 2021 charity is Knox Blocks Foundation – a nonprofit organization that provides Owlet Smart Socks to families with infants. The Owlet Smart Socks track oxygen level and heart rate and alert caregivers if levels fall outside of range. These socks give families extra peace of mind and awareness.
