 FAQs

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Due to limited parking in the area, only Valet Parking will be available at the event for all ticketholders. If you are using Uber, Lyft, or another taxi service, please use the theatre address of 4401 W 8th Street for drop off.
Parking will be $10 per car. The drop-off location for all guests is at 743 Lucerne Blvd, south of Wilshire. Volunteers will direct show-only guests to the Theatre entrance. Please allow yourself and your guests plenty of time to arrive before the show begins at 8pm. Once the show begins, late arrivals will be held back from entering the theatre until an appropriate break in the program.

I don't see a ticket attachment with my seating information enclosed.

Please note that there are two entrances to this event. All Show-Only Tickets will be held at Will Call at the Theatre doors on Lucerne. We will not mail tickets in advance. Seats are assigned based on the date of ticket purchase. We apologize that we cannot give out seat information prior to the night of the event.
