Agenda

1st Saturdays: Erin Mackay

Erin Mackay

Erin Mackay is a Vinyasa yoga teacher who strives to create an environment where yogis can build a flexible practice that honors their needs. Erin completed her Yoga Alliance-certified teacher training in 2016 and taught at YogaWorks (FKA Tranquil Space) in Arlington until 2020. When not in yoga pants, Erin is a women's health advocate and a chocolate chip cookie aficionado.

2nd and 4th Saturdays: Anahita Reilly

Anahita Reilly

Anahita Reilly (E-RYT 200) has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching yoga for 11. Formally trained in Vinyasa, Yin, and Prenatal yoga through Tranquil Space and known for her high-energy yet balanced approach, Anahita designs classes that are both a physical challenge and a joyful experience. In her classes, she balances traditional and creative sequencing, with a focus on building functional strength and mobility. Anahita strives to create an inclusive space where every student feels welcome. When she isn't sharing her passion for yoga with others, she’s growing alongside her two wonderful children.

3rd Saturdays: Anastassia Kornilova

Anastassia Kornilova

Anastassia Kornilova discovered yoga as part of her journey to cultivate better mental and physical health. Initially completing her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training to gain a deeper understanding of the practice, she realized that she loved teaching and supporting others. She believes that yoga mirrors daily life, and she hopes to help her students cultivate strength, resilience and flexibility in both.
