  • Understand the philosophical concepts behind the techniques.
  • Practice mindfulness techniques by following instructions (guided practice).
  • Review home practice every week.

Class Requirements:

  • Computer with internet connection and headset
  • Prior experience to Meditation or Mindfulness.
  • Yoga Mat and a sitting cushion.
  • Socks and comfortable cloting.
