Thank you for registering your team for our 10th Annual Stroll 4 Cancer Awareness Event. As team captain... 1. Log on to Eventbrite-ShadesofaCure to set up your team's registration page. Register as a team captain, create/register a team name & password. (No additional cost for registering your team). 2. Once you've registered your team, forward the link on your team's page to your team members as well as your team's name & password. 3. Monitor the number of adults registered for your team. If less than 12 adults register, your team will automatically be converted to individual registrants and will receive white event shirts without notice. Team registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 4. Only team captains and co-captains can pick up team shirts. Pick up date is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, June 13, 2020. This is the only day shirts will be available for pick-up. Events shirts will not be available on the day of the event. 5. Each team has an option to have a table after the stroll. Teams must provide their own cooked food for their team to enjoy after the stroll, SOAC will only provide light refreshments before the stroll. There is no additional cost for your team to set up a table. Space is limited and available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. SOAC will not be able to provide cooked food after the stroll.

Description

Join us as we bring cancer awareness to our community at Shades of a Cure's 10th Annual Stroll 4 Cancer Awareness event. We'll stroll the perimeter of Morningside Park, beginning on 123rd & Morningside Avenue. Light refreshments will be served at 10 am, the stroll will begin at noon and activities, games & prizes will immediately follow the stroll.

Team Captains will be able to select a team shirt color and submit team information. Team submission must be completed before team registration begins.

Team colors can be viewed and selected on the bottom of the order summary page.

Shirt colors can be selected at the bottom of the check out page. Please do not complete processing without selecting a shirt color.

Why am I receiving this link?
