10th Annual Counselor Conclave

Build a Strong Workforce through Career Informed Counseling

Come network with counselors and work-based learning professionals in the Inland Empire/Desert Region! This is a regional professional development event for middle and high school and community college counselors as well as those connected to linked learning/pathways, work-based learning activities and programs including externships, internships, job-shadowing, and career centers. This year's theme is Pathways. Registration includes a light breakfast, lunch, keynote speaker and breakout sessions to attend. We offer early registration at a discounted rate until September 30, 2017.


Registration is Required

We offer early registration at the discounted rate of $30.00 until September 30, 2017. After that, registration increases to $75.00 (full-price). When registering, we give you the option to pay instantly by credit card or offline through a Purchase Order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash or personal checks. To find out how to pay with a Purchase Order, please see Paying Offline. Due to the nature of this event, there are no refunds after September 30, 2017.

Paying Offline

Upon registering, you will be asked to provide a Purchase Order number along with information for where to send an invoice. If a P.O. has not been generated yet, you may still register and edit the information later. However, P.O. numbers are due no later than September 30, 2017. If a P.O. number is not received by then, your early registration will be cancelled. This means you will need to re-register and pay full-price if you would like to attend the conference.

Once you have successfully provided a P.O. number AND the necessary information for where to send the invoice, submit your registration for the 10th Annual Counselor Conclave. We will see your completed form and issue an invoice for the final amount.

What are my parking options at the event?

Parking is FREE at the DoubleTree by Hilton, San Bernardino. Because we care about our environment, we encourage carpooling whenever possible.

What's the refund policy?

We can issue a refund up until September 30, 2017. After that, we cannot accommodate refunds and payment is expected. If you would like to request a refund, please email Stacy Jones at sjones@sbccd.edu with your request and a copy of your Eventbrite PDF Registration Form.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will have your name on our registration list at the check-in table.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes! However, please keep in mind this is a large conference and we cannot monitor every change. We will be looking for registration updates until September 30, 2017, in case you need to add a P.O. number.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

If you wish to transfer your registration to a different individual, you must contact Stacy Jones at sjones@sbccd.edu.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

As long as you have received confirmation from Stacy Jones (sjones@sbccd.edu), then it is okay if the name on your registration doesn't match the person who attends.


What information do you require for offline payment?

We require a P.O. number and the address for where to send your registration invoice. Typically, the address is to your Accounts Payable Department.

Can you email my registration invoice?

Yes. If you only have a name and email address of the person in your Accounts Payable Department that handles your finances, we can email them an invoice for your registration payment.

Can you mail my registration invoice?

Yes. Please provide the mailing address of your Accounts Payable Department and we would be happy to mail a hard copy of your registration invoice.

What happens after I provide my P.O. number and invoicing address?

Once you’ve provided this information, continue registering for the conference. We will see your completed registration form and will send an invoice to the address you provided for the final payment amount.

Can I still attend the 10th Annual Counselor Conclave if my payment has not been received yet?

Yes! Provided you have properly registered to attend, you may still come even if payment has not been received yet. We understand that Accounting Departments can get backlogged and issuing checks take time.
