Call (888) 625-1616 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thrusday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm and complete your registration with help from Blindline.

 

Access-A-Ride Users

Please have access-a-ride drop you off at 152 E. 26th St. Between Lexington and 3rd Avenue 

Volunteers will be there to assist you to the Conference.


Accommodations

All print material will be provided in large print.

Please tell us if you require additional accommodations on the registration form.

Deadline for requesting an Assistive Listening Device, a Sign Language Interpreter, or a Tactile Sign Language Interpreter is Monday, April 3, 2017.

If you will have an attendant or aide joining you at the Conference you will need to add them to your ticket request by selecting an additional ticket.

Sighted guides will be available, as needed, throughout the day to assist conference attendees. 


Check-in

Check-in starts at 8:15am and the Conference begins at 9:20am.


Can I change workshops on the day of the event?

No. Changes are not permitted.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation, which includes your tickets, list your workshops, lunch selection and any accommodations you requested.


Cost

Admission is FREE and includes lunch and refreshments. All attendees including presenters, vendors, guests, and volunteers must present lunch card to get lunch.

This event is presented by the Computer Center for Visually Impaired People (CCVIP), a Division of Continuing and Professional Studies Baruch College, CUNY. It is presented in collaboration with the Metropolitan Placement Consortium and the New York State Commission for the Blind.


Where to Enter

The Conference will be held at the Baruch College Conference Center at 55 Lexington Ave. Please use the NE entrance on 24th St. and Lexington Ave. or the mid block entrance on 25th St. between 3rd and Lexington Ave.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

No. Tickets are not transferable.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know immediately. This allows us to accommodate as many people on the waiting list as possible.
