About this event
Ten years ago a couple great chocolate makers came to Dallas to teach people about their work. Since then craft chocolate making has grown tremendously. Explore modern craft chocolate with some of the movement's stars in attendance – Art Pollard of Amano Artisan Chocolate, Greg D’Alesandre of Dandelion Chocolate, Jael Rattigan of French Broad Chocolate, and Shannon Neffendorf and Jessica Young of Five Mile Chocolate.
Fairmont Executive Chef Jared Harms and Pastry Chef Cristal Gonzalez will be incorporating craft chocolate into each delicious course and serving them in the hotel's historic Venetian Room. And then it's dessert time!
Ports from Taylor Fladgate and Fonseca will also be enjoyed.
Dinner price is inclusive of tax and gratuity and includes food and beverages.
