Doors open at 6:00pm.

Since the launch of The Heart2Heart Foundation in February of 2013, we have shared our message of prevention and hope with thousands of women, men and youth. As we celebrate 10 years of helping people learn their risk for heart disease, and how to win the fight against our #1 killer, we are renewing our commitment to reducing the number of people who lose their lives prematurely to this largely preventable disease. This is a fight we all have the power to win for ourselves, our families and communities.

This year, we will be hosting a special 10th Anniversary Celebration at the place where it all began. It is our moment to say thank you to dear friends who have encouraged and supported us throughout the years. In consideration of current COVID mitigation efforts, we will limit our attendance to no more than 100 guests. (Please see our COVID-19 Policy below before ordering tickets.)

Join us for an intimate, relaxed evening as we celebrate our 10th Anniversary and mission!

Chef Rob Masone and his Kr8's team are helping us plan a wonderful, intimate event featuring exquisite heavy hors d'oeuvres, beer, wine and a signature cocktail as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Prepare to be impressed!

Our Silent Auction, sponsored by AmFund, will feature fabulous domestic and international trips in addition to other incredible items. All of our items can be bid on at the in-person event via our online auction so we can include our followers from around the country. Proceeds from the event and silent auction will support our heart health programs including our advance CVD prevention screening scholarships.

Our mission is to inspire and enable women and their loved ones to take action that prevents heart attack, stroke, and premature death.

Our mission begins with AWARENESS. Only around half of women in the US know that heart disease claims more women each year than all of the cancers combined. Among women of color, that number drops to less than 40%. Everything we do begins with helping more of us understand that - since heart disease is a largely preventable disease - tens of thousands of lives could be saved.

Our next initiative centers around ACTION. It isn't merely enough to "know" that heart disease is the #1 killer of women and men in our country, we must take action. It isn't enough to know that heart disease begins in childhood. We MUST take action if we are going to spare yet another generation from cardiac events that can lead to permanent disability or premature death. The action element includes making healthy lifestyle choices (what we do for our body and put into our body makes a difference), understanding our personal risk for heart disease AND getting the needed screenings to learn how we can win the fight against heart disease.

Our third focus is on ADVOCACY. Once we are aware, once we have taken personal action, then we need to not only know how to advocate for ourselves but to help advocate for others. Even though heart disease claims more women then men each year, women's heart health remains under-researched, under-diagnosed and under-treated in this country. The only way this will ever change is when we combine our collective voices and spread this message to women in our lives and in our communities!

Our signature programs include:

#HowsYourTicker: A campaign to help more people learn their risk for heart disease and how to win the fight against our #1 killer through education and basic screenings.

#TestNotGuess: Early detection saves lives and our advance CVD prevention screening program provides education and access to clinical resources which can detect heart disease at its earliest stages. This program includes our Saving the Saviors Program for First Responders, #RedHeartMamas Scholarships for at-risk women and our new Frontline Heroes Wellness Fund.

#RedHeartMamas: Our advocacy group created for women by women. Through this free, national group, we are educating more women about their heart health, how to take action and how to share our message of prevention and hope with more women!

Back2School Block Party: Our largest community outreach held in York County, SC each August benefits over 2,000 students and 1,000 parents/guardians. In addition to providing book bags with school supplies and Parent Resource Bags, we are distributing age-appropriate heart health educational materials, connecting families to invaluable community resources and free health screenings.

Saving the Saviors Program: This is our Advance CVD Prevention Screening initiative serving eligible first responders and emergency services personnel in York County.

Frontline Heroes Wellness Fund: NEW for 2022! We are expanding our Advance CVD Prevention Screening program to also include school district personnel and frontline health care workers in York, Chester and Lancaster Counties.
