10AM Sunday In-Person Service
Event Information
About this Event
Our Sunday Gatherings will be physically-distanced with a limited number of seats available. Families and individuals will be asked to abide by social distancing recommendations.
Because of the reduced capacity, a reservation system has been created to ensure safety and social distancing. Entry will require an e-ticket for each individual in your party.
Reservations for Sundays will open at 12pm on Mondays. Once we have reached the maximum number of reservations, you will have the opportunity to be on our waitlist.
We encourage you to get on the waitlist for a couple of reasons: 1) We anticipate that others may need to cancel their reservations due to unforeseen circumstances; 2) It will help us stay aware of the growing interest in attending in person service (ie. consider adding a second service or an alternate gathering space).
Our usher team will assist with the seating process prior to each service. Please be prepared to follow signs that direct where to enter and exit as well.
Our Kid City program (preK-5th grade) will be offered during service. Be sure to select the # of Kids tickets needed. CLICK HERE to view our Children's Ministry page. However, children and students who attend service will remain with their family.
All in attendance will be asked to wear a mask or face covering while in common areas inside our buildings.
- If you have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms or have been around someone exposed or potentially exposed, please stay home for the safety of others, and join us online.
- Please be prepared to follow signs and directions of where to enter, exit, and sit in our effort to create the safest environment we can.
- We take the greatest care to safeguard our guests, however participation in services and events is voluntary and your health is your own responsibility. By attending you are acknowledging the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Hope City Church or any of its elders, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
We will live stream services on our Facebook page and Church Online platform, so we encourage those who are immunocompromised to stay safe and continue to worship with us online.
