Share a nourishing meal while learning more about a whole food, plant-based nutrition eating style.

Looking for others on their journey to eating healthier? Do you need some inspiration or want to try new dishes? Come join us to learn about the benefits of Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition (WFPBN) every 1st Tuesday of the month.

Just show up with a dish to share, no registration necessary! Please adhere to WFPBN guidelines (no meat, dairy, or oil and minimal added sugar and salt) and bring the recipe to share. Reach out to Lori at lboyd2@srhs.com if you'd like some recommendations about where to find recipe ideas.

Social and meal: 5:30PM, Program begins at 6 p.m.
