There are 108 letters in the Sanskrit language: 54 male and 54 female, 108 beads comprise a meditation Mala, there are 108 energetic connections in our body, and the number appears in various religions and spiritual practices. Let's honor Mother Earth (Pachamama) and the Sun that warms her as we transition into another season and the longest day of the year; winter solstice with the powerful practice of 108 Sun Salutations. Join us as we create intentions for the coming Winter season and relinquish our attachment to Autumn. We recommend you dress in layers as you will warm up (and we do have heaters as well.) Enjoy a cup of delicious hot cocoa afterwards as we celebrate together.
