The Longfellow Area Neighborhood Association (LANA) and the Roslindale Wetlands Task Force (RWTF) are hosting the second of two community workshops to explore the future of 104-108 Walter Street, which is now for sale. LANA and RWTF have been urging the City to purchase the property to permanently protected the largest privately owned parcel in the designated Roslindale Wetlands Urban Wild area (largely 108 Walter) and to create up to four units of affordable home ownership, largely on 104 Walter. We are building on the feedback and ideas generated in the first workshop held on October 1, 2020. The October 22nd workshop will share and discuss the alternative design options prepared based on the initial workshop.
